  NORTHWESTERN COLLIER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 301 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS OCCURRING FROM NORTH NAPLES TO QUAIL CREEK
  ESTATES. A SKYWARN SPOTTER REPORTED FLOODING OCCURRING AT
  THE INTERSECTION OF IMMOKALEE ROAD AND COLLIER BOULEVARD. 
  HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES AND ADDITIONAL STREET FLOODING IS
  LIKELY AS THE STORMS DRIFT WESTWARD.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  NAPLES...GOLDEN GATE ESTATES...NORTH NAPLES...GOLDEN GATE...
  VINEYARDS...CORKSCREW SWAMP SANCTUARY AND QUAIL CREEK ESTATE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN
URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES. IT TAKES ONLY A FEW
INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
