  NORTHEASTERN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 645 PM EDT

* AT 543 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH 
  TORRENTIAL RAINS OVER HIALEAH WHICH WILL LEAD TO ISOLATED
  STREET FLOODING. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
  HAS FALLEN AND WITH RAINFALL RATES OVER 3 INCHES PER HOUR,
  SOME STREET FLOODING IS LIKELY AS THESE STORMS MOVE SLOWLY
  TOWARDS THE EAST.

URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES. IT TAKES ONLY A FEW
INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
