...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
700 PM EDT FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BROWARD COUNTY...

AT 617 PM EDT...HEAVY RAIN HAD ENDED OVER THE ADVISED AREA.  
HOWEVER...STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS AND 
FLOODWATERS WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO RECEDE.  UP TO THREE INCHES OF 
RAIN HAVE FALLEN.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... PEMBROKE 
PINES...MIRAMAR...DAVIE...PLANTATION...SUNRISE...WESTON... COOPER 
CITY...SOUTHWEST RANCHES...SAWGRASS MILLS MALL...AND MARKHAM PARK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...
HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
