...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
130 AM EDT FOR EAST CENTRAL BROWARD COUNTY...

AT 1205 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN
CONTINUING OVER FORT LAUDERDALE AND SURROUNDING LOCALES. THE
FORT LAUDERDALE EXECUTIVE AIRPORT HAS RECORDED 2.69 INCHES SO
FAR. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL ACROSS AREAS BETWEEN
DOWNTOWN FORT LAUDERDALE AND COOPER CITY, CAUSING ISOLATED STREET
FLOODING. THE RAIN INTENSITY FURTHER NORTH OVER WILTON MANORS AND 
POMPANO BEACH HAS DECREASED, BUT ISOLATED FLOODING IS POSSIBLE THERE 
FROM THE RECENT HEAVY RAIN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER 
IN URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS 
OTHER POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
