EAST CENTRAL PALM BEACH COUNTY...

AT 519 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA STILL REPORTED HIGH WATER 
REMAINING ALONG SOME SIDE STREETS IN WEST PALM BEACH, ALTHOUGH THE 
HEAVIEST RAIN HAS ENDED. USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING TONIGHT. A TOTAL 
OF 9 INCHES OF RAINFALL WAS MEASURED JUST SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF THE 
PORT OF PALM BEACH.
