NORTHEASTERN HENDRY COUNTY...

AT 1133 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 8 TO 10 INCHES OF RAIN NEAR 
OR ON THE NORTHEASTERN SIDE OF MONTURA....WITH 2 INCHES IN THE PAST 
HOUR. STREETS NEAR AND INCLUDING FLAGHOLE ROAD AND STATE ROUTE 833 
MAY BECOME IMPASSABLE. 

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
MONTURA AND HARLEM. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
