THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS OF
THE MID SOUTH TO THE WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER BEGINNING THIS
EVENING AND CONTINUING THROUGH TONIGHT. THE PRIMARY THREATS WILL
BE DAMAGING WINDS AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH TONIGHT FOR THE ENTIRE
MID SOUTH. SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE MIDSOUTH
OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS OR SO WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED
TONIGHT. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY IN ASSOCIATION WITH HEAVY
RAINFALL.

MEMPHIS.
