Severe thunderstorms developed in northeast Oklahoma during the late
afternoon of November 10th and continued into the early evening. Strong
thunderstorm winds blew a semi truck off the road on U.S. Highway 64
1 mile south of Muskogee, and thunderstorm winds gusted to 70 miles an
hour 3 miles west of Jay, in Tahlequah, and in Park Hill. Thunderstorm
winds gusted to 65 miles an hour 5 miles south of Checotah and to 60
miles an hour 8 miles south of Tahlequah. Golfball size hail fell 8
miles southwest of Tahlequah, 12 miles southwest of Tahlequah, at
Tahlequah, and at Park Hill, and hail up to 1.50 inches in diameter
fell at Stilwell. Quarter size hail partially covered the ground 8
miles south of Tahlequah, and dime to nickel size hail covered the
ground at Jay. Dime to quarter size hail also fell at numerous other
locations in northeast Oklahoma.

Severe thunderstorms moved across northwest Arkansas during the late
afternoon and early evening of November 10th. Thunderstorm winds gusted
to 60 miles an hour in Van Buren, and golfball size hail fell 8 miles
east of Siloam Springs, at Tontitown, and at Prairie Grove. Pea to
slightly smaller than golfball size hail fell at Berryville, hail up to
half dollar size fell at Siloam Springs, and dime to quarter size hail
fell at several other locations in northwest Arkansas.
