STRONG GUSTY WINDS IN THE DESERTS. A WARMING TREND WILL BEGIN MONDAY
ONCE THE UPPER LOW SHIFTS EAST OUT OF THE AREA. TEMPERATURES WILL BE
BACK TO NEAR NORMAL LEVELS BY WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY WITH FAIR
