.TONIGHT...Very windy.  Increasing clouds.  Lows 43 to 51.
Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts to around 55 mph.
.TUESDAY...Strong winds. Partly cloudy. Areas of blowing dust in
the afternoon. Highs in the upper 50s near the mountain peaks to
the upper 60s below 5000 feet. Southwest winds 35 to 55 mph with
gusts to around 70 mph increasing to 45 to 65 mph with gusts to
around 90 mph in the afternoon.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Strong winds. Colder. Mostly clear. Lows 34 to
40. West winds 40 to 60 mph with gusts to around 85 mph
decreasing to 20 to 25 mph after midnight.
.WEDNESDAY...Cooler, sunny.  Highs in the upper 40s near the
mountain peaks to the upper 50s below 5000 feet.  North winds
around 10 mph in the morning becoming light and variable.
