OF THE PERMIAN BASIN...

.A STRONG COLD FRONT THAT MOVED THROUGH THE AREA HAS BROUGHT MUCH
COLDER AIR INTO THE REGION. A DISTURBANCE THAT IS MOVING OVER THE
AREA WITH INCREASED MOISTURE IS RESULTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF
SNOW ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO AND THE NORTHERN PERMIAN
BASIN. THE GREATEST ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO OCCUR THIS
MORNING ACROSS THE NORTHEAST PERMIAN BASIN AND WESTERN LOW
ROLLING PLAINS WITH ACCUMULATIONS AROUND 3 INCHES AND ISOLATED
AMOUNTS NEAR 4 INCHES. ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS THE REST OF THE
ADVISORY AREA ARE EXPECTED TO BE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH ISOLATED
