PECOS COUNTY UNTIL MID MORNING...

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY EXTENDED UNTIL MID MORNING FOR
SOUTHERN AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE PERMIAN BASIN AND THE LOW
ROLLING PLAINS...

.THE LAST OF THE SNOW IS SLOWLY EXITING THE AREA. MOSTLY LIGHT TO
MODERATE SNOW IS CONFINED TO AREAS EAST OF A LINE FROM TARZAN TO
ODESSA TO NEAR FORT STOCKTON AND IT WILL STILL TAKE UNTIL MID
MORNING FOR THE SNOW TO COMPLETELY EXIT THE EASTERN AREAS...THUS

.A POTENT STORM SYSTEM WILL AFFECT THE AREA WEDNESDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY NIGHT. WHILE PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN AS RAIN ON
WEDNESDAY...THE PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY CHANGE OVER TO SNOW
LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT. HIGHER ELEVATIONS IN THE GUADALUPE AND DAVIS
