...Notable river level rises observed on the Rio Grande...

Runoff from recent heavy rainfall along the Rio Grande River upstream
from Candelaria has resulted in elevated flow at the river gauge 3
miles north of Candelaria. The Rio Grande River is expected to remain
elevated, however, flow has peaked upstream and should translate to
this reach in 12 hours. Any additional heavy rainfall could result in
further rises.
