AND THE UPPER TRANS PECOS...

.AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL PASS TO THE NORTH OF WEST TEXAS
AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO SUNDAY. ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL
LEAD TO LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY. COMBINED WITH BREEZY SOUTHWEST TO
