TUESDAY EVENING FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF 15 PERCENT OR LESS... 20
FOOT WINDS OF 20 MPH OR MORE...AND HIGH FIRE DANGER FOR THE
GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS...

.CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED ACROSS THE GUADALUPE
MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS MIN RH/S DROP TO AROUND 8
TO 13 PERCENT AND 20 FOOT WINDS REMAIN ABOVE 25 MPH. IMPROVEMENT
IS EXPECTED AFTER SUNSET WITH THE LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING AND AS
WIND SPEEDS DECREASE. NOCTURNAL RECOVERY WILL BE POOR
TONIGHT...AND GIVEN THE DRYLINE WILL REMAIN TO THE EAST ON
TUESDAY...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP ONCE AGAIN ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS THE GUADALUPE
MOUNTAINS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS AS WESTERLY WINDS
