MOUNTAINS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS...

.AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL APPROACH WEST TEXAS AND
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO WEDNESDAY.  INCREASING SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL
COMBINE WITH A VERY DRY AIRMASS WEST OF A DRYLINE AND HIGH FIRE
DANGER TO PRODUCE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WEDNESDAY
