* HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL HAVE POTENTIAL TO SPREAD
  RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
