.A Pacific cold front will move through the region today,
resulting in gusty northwest winds for much of West Texas and
Southeast New Mexico especially at the higher elevations. Combined
w/poor relative humidity recovery and critical RH this afternoon,
as well as high to extreme Fire Danger, areas generally west of
the Pecos will reach Red Flag Warning criteria this afternoon. The
situation repeats itself Thursday when 20` winds increase and
shift to the west/southwest, with warmer temperatures and lower RH
expected.

* HUMIDITY...Today...10%.  Thursday...10 to 15%.

* FIRE DANGER...High to extreme.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
