GRASSES.

* WIND: MOUNTAINS: 30 TO 40 MPH AND GUSTS TO 55 MPH
        PLAINS: 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH

* TEMPERATURE: NEAR NORMAL

* FUELS: LOCALLY DRY

* TIMING: THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
