* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: MINIMUM AROUND 10 PERCENT.

* WIND: WEST 15 TO 20 MPH.

* TEMPERATURE: 10 TO 15 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.

* FUELS: DRY.

* TIMING: THIS AFTERNOON.
