BASIN...WESTERN LOW ROLLING PLAINS AND TRANS PECOS...

.LOW LEVEL MOISTURE HAS SPREAD INTO A COOL AIRMASS THIS MORNING
AND RESULTED IN FOG ACROSS MUCH OF THE PERMIAN BASIN AND
SURROUNDING AREAS. ALTHOUGH NOT WIDESPREAD, SEVERAL LOCATIONS ARE
EXPERIENCING DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITY OF 1/4 MILE OR LESS.
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE AROUND 10 AM CST, OR SHORTLY
THEREAFTER.

* EVENT...DENSE FOG.

* TIMING...UNTIL 10 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
            THE PATCHY NATURE OF THE FOG WILL DROP VISIBILITIES
            QUICKLY IN A SHORT DISTANCE. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS
            AND SLOW DOWN.

* VISIBILITY...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS.
