EXCEED HIGH WIND CRITERIA OVERNIGHT IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND
UPPER ELEVATION OF THE DAVIS AND APACHE MOUNTAINS.
SATURDAY...THESE CONDITIONS WILL SPREAD ONTO ADJACENT PLAINS...AS
WELL AS THE MARFA PLATEAU AND BIG BEND AREA.  FURTHER EAST...VERY
WINDY CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED AS WELL.  HIGH WINDS IN THE
