.Westerly winds have decreased over the plains of southeastern New
Mexico and west Texas this evening.  Although wind speeds will be
slowest to decrease over southeastern New Mexico, winds should
drop there around sunset also.  The High Wind Warning will
continue in the Guadalupe Mountains tonight, Friday morning and
Friday afternoon due to strong mid level winds persisting over the
region, and periodically mixing down to the surface.
