NORTHWEST PERMIAN BASIN...THE UPPER TRANS PECOS...VAN HORN AND
HIGHWAY 54 CORRIDOR AND DIVAS MOUNTAINS FOR THIS AFTERNOON...

.AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL LIFT JUST TO OUR NORTH TODAY WITH
STRONG WINDS BEGINNING TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF
THE REGION. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE GUADALUPE
MOUNTAINS AND ADJACENT PLAINS. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SUBSIDE AROUND
SUNSET THIS EVENING.
