ACCOMPANIED BY GUSTY NORTH WINDS AND BLOWING DUST.  HIGH WINDS
WILL ALSO CONTINUE TODAY IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS...BUT SHIFT
AROUND TO THE NORTHEAST BEHIND THE COLD FRONT.  AS A SURFACE HIGH
PRESSURE SETTLES INTO THE AREA TONIGHT... LIGHT WIND AND CLEAR
SKIES WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO COOL TO NEAR OR BELOW FREEZING
