.THE COMBINATION OF A MOIST SOUTH WIND AND A COLD AIRMASS HAS
RESULTED IN DENSE FOG THIS MORNING ACROSS THE PERMIAN BASIN AND
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO.  WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES OF A QUARTER MILE OR
LESS CAN BE EXPECTED THIS MORNING ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA.  THOSE
TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD USE CAUTION AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO
REACH THEIR DESTINATION.  VISIBILITIES SHOULD BE SLOW TO
IMPROVE... IF CONDITIONS IMPROVE QUICKER THEN THE ADVISORY WILL BE
CANCELLED.
