.A MOIST AIRMASS AND LIGHT WINDS HAVE ALLOWED FOG TO FORM ACROSS
MUCH OF SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO.  SOME OF THE FOG
IS DENSE WITH VISIBILITY LESS THAN 1/4 MILE. DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED
TO DECREASE BY MID FRIDAY MORNING.
