A GUSTY WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS ACROSS THE AREA.  HIGH WINDS OVER THE
GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS HAS SPREAD TO THE ADJACENT PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON.
LATER TONIGHT...A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL BLOW THROUGH THE REGION WITH
GUSTY NORTH WINDS.  BLOWING DUST CAN BE EXPECTED.  HIGH WINDS WILL CONTINUE
TONIGHT AND MONDAY THROUGH THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS...BUT SHIFT AROUND
