SOUTH TO THE RIO GRANDE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. GUSTY
WINDS...HEAVY RAIN...LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN THREATS WITH THESE STORMS. ALSO...ISOLATED
STORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS AND THE
PERMIAN BASIN.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA
