THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING MAINLY IN AN AREA EXTENDING FROM THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS
TO SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO INTO THE PERMIAN BASIN. THE BEST CHANCES
FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE IN THE MOUNTAIN AREAS. THE STRONGER
STORMS COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND
STRONG WIND GUSTS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE THURSDAY AND FRIDAY ACROSS THE
AREA AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO AND SOUTHWEST TEXAS. THOUGH HAIL AND STRONG WINDS WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER STORMS...THE PRIMARY THREAT WILL BE THE
POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN AND LOCALIZED FLOODING MAINLY THURSDAY
NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PERMIAN
BASIN.
