THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WESTERN TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PUSH THROUGH SOUTHWEST TEXAS THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOME OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE
BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. GUSTY WINDS CAN ALSO BE
EXPECTED WITH WIND GUSTS EXCEEDING 50 MPH POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER
STORMS...MAINLY FROM THE SOUTHERN PERMIAN BASIN ACROSS THE
STOCKTON PLATEAU INTO BREWSTER COUNTY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH
OF SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND SOUTHWEST TEXAS THURSDAY THROUGH
TUESDAY. THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY
ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO...THE TRANS PECOS AREA...THE DAVIS
MOUNTAINS AND THE WESTERN PERMIAN BASIN. ISOLATED STORMS IN THESE
AREAS MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH HAIL QUARTER SIZE OR GREATER AND
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 58 MPH.
