NEAR CRITICAL FIRE DANGER CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THIS
AFTERNOON, ESPECIALLY OVER PORTIONS OF THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS,
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS, AS WELL AS THE PERMIAN BASIN REGION
AND UPPER TRANS PECOS. THESE AREAS MAY EXPERIENCE MINIMUM
