THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE AREAWIDE TODAY
AS A STRONG COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION.  GUSTY WINDS AND
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER STORMS, AND LIKELY
LEAD TO AREAS OF FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING.  A FLASH FLOOD WATCH
CONTINUES IN EFFECT THROUGH TONIGHT FOR CULBERSON COUNTY...THE
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS...UPPER TRANS PECOS...PERMIAN BASIN...
STOCKTON PLATEAU AND DAVIS MOUNTAINS.

NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 35 TO 45 MPH SUSTAINED IN GUADALUPE
PASS TONIGHT BEHIND THE STRONG COLD FRONT.  A HIGH WIND WARNING IS
IN EFFECT THERE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.
