MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND
MOST OF WEST TEXAS TODAY AND TONIGHT...MAINLY FROM SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO
SOUTH TO THE DAVIS AND APACHE MOUNTAINS.  ANY STORMS THAT DO DEVELOP
WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY FREQUENT LIGHTNING.  STRONGER STORMS MAY RESULT
IN GUSTY WINDS TO 55 MPH AND HEAVY RAINFALL LEADING TO LOCALIZED
FLASH FLOODING.
