THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING, WITH MORE ISOLATED STORMS POSSIBLE AS FAR
EAST AS THE PERMIAN BASIN.  GUSTY WINDS OVER 55 MPH, FREQUENT
LIGHTNING STRIKES, HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING WILL
ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER STORMS.
