THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AGAIN TODAY ACROSS WEST TEXAS AND
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO. ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL BE ACCOMPANIED
BY OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL. STRONGER STORMS
MAY RESULT IN LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.
