This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southeast New
Mexico, southwest Texas and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Critical fire weather conditions are expected to continue across
Southeast New Mexico, the Trans Pecos, and the central and western
Permian Basin through this afternoon. A Red Flag Warning is in
effect for these areas.

High winds are expected to continue across the Guadalupe Mountains
through this afternoon where a High Wind Warning is in effect. Windy
conditions are also expected across the Eddy county plains and Van
Horn/Highway 54 corridor, where a Wind Advisory remains in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Very windy and dry conditions will result in critical fire weather
conditions developing areawide Tuesday. A Red Flag Warning is in
effect Tuesday afternoon for the entire area.

Very windy conditions are expected on Tuesday across western
portions of the area, especially across the higher terrain and
adjacent plains from Southeast New Mexico southward to the Marfa
Plateau and Davis/Apache Mountains. A High Wind Warning is in effect
for these areas.

Windy conditions are also expected Tuesday across portions of the
central and western Permian Basin as well as the Presidio Valley and
Big Bend Area.  A Wind Advisory is in effect for these areas.

Critical fire weather conditions may develop across Southeast New
Mexico and portions of the Upper Trans Pecos this afternoon. A Red
Flag Warning is in effect for these areas.

High winds are expected across Guadalupe Mountains on today where a
High Wind Warning is in effect. Windy conditions are also expected
across the Eddy county plains and Van Horn/Highway 54 corridor, where
a Wind Advisory is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

Very windy and dry conditions will result in critical fire weather
conditions developing areawide Tuesday. A Fire Weather Watch is in
effect Tuesday afternoon for SOutheast New Mexico and much of West
Texas.

Very windy conditions are expected on Tuesday across western
portions of the area, especially across the higher terrain and
adjacent plains from Southeast New Mexico southward to the Marfa
Plateau and Davis/Apache Mountains. A High Wind Watch is in effect
for these areas.

Guadalupe Mountains for westerly winds of 40-55 mph and gusts of
60-75 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

Very windy and dry conditions may result in critical fire weather
conditions Friday along and west of the Pecos River, and over the
southeast New Mexico plains and northwest Permian Basin.  A Fire
Weather Watch is in effect.

Strong winds will continue in the Guadalupe Mountains Friday.  A
High Wind Warning will remain in effect until at least 200 pm MST.

Mexico and most of West Texas this afternoon. A Red Flag Warning is
in effect until 800 pm CST.

A High Wind Warning remains in effect through tonight for the
Guadalupe Mountains for westerly winds of 40-55 mph and gusts of
60-75 mph.

Very windy, warm, and dry conditions may result in critical fire
weather conditions Friday across the Guadalupe, Davis, and Apache
