THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING
MAINLY IN AN AREA EXTENDING FROM SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO TO THE
DAVIS MOUNTAINS. THE BEST CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE IN THE
MOUNTAIN AREAS. THE STRONGER STORMS COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND STRONG WIND GUSTS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE DURING THE WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
TIME PERIOD AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND WEAK FRONT MOVES
ACROSS SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND SOUTHWEST TEXAS. THOUGH HAIL AND
STRONG WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER STORMS...THE PRIMARY
THREAT WILL BE THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN AND LOCALIZED FLOODING
MAINLY THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING OVER THE CENTRAL AND
NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN.
