THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...A FEW STRONG...ARE FORECAST
FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHEASTERN NEW
MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS. THE BEST CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY
WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO SOUTH ACROSS THE UPPER
TRANS PECOS OF WEST TEXAS AND INTO THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS. THE MAIN
THREATS WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS
TO NEAR 50 MPH AND SMALL HAIL. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...WITH
RATES EXCEEDING A HALF- INCH PER HOUR...MAY RESULT IN LOCALIZED
FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS...DRAWS AND ARROYOS...AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY ACROSS THE AREA.
THE MAIN THREAT WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.
