MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND TONIGHT ACROSS MUCH
OF SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL
BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BRIEF GUSTY WINDS...BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL
AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.

THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING WEDNESDAY
AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT ACROSS WEST TEXAS AND SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AS
SOME OF THE REMAINS OF HURRICANE ODILE MOVE OVER THE REGION.
