MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

GUSTY WINDS OVER 45 MPH AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THE STRONGER STORMS THAT DEVELOP TODAY AND TONIGHT, MAINLY IN
AND NEAR THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS.  FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES COULD ALSO
OCCUR WITH THESE STORMS.
