ACROSS THE PERMIAN BASIN AND LOWER TRANS PECOS...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL POSSIBLE. TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL BE SEASONABLY WARM...AND AS
THE DRYLINE PUSHES EAST THIS AFTERNOON...MIN RH VALUES ALONG AND WEST
OF THE PECOS RIVER WILL DROP TO 15 PERCENT OR LESS. THE WARMING TREND
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY...AND THOUGH LOW MIN RH VALUES ARE
