RECENT RAINS HAVE LEFT ABUNDANT MOISTURE IN PLACE ALLOWING DENSE FOG
TO SETTLE IN THIS MORNING FOR MANY AREAS EAST OF THE PECOS RIVER.
THIS MOISTURE WILL SLOWLY EVAPORATE WITH MINIMUM HUMIDITIES
DROPPING BELOW 40 PERCENT BY MID WEEK ALONG WITH THE RETURN OF
ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES. OVERNIGHT RECOVERY WILL BE EXCELLENT.
