WITH A LITTLE STRONGER WIND SPEEDS ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON.  HOWEVER,
FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL ONLY BE ELEVATED ANY OF THESE DAYS SINCE
MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH/S WILL REMAIN ABOVE 15 PERCENT.  THERE WILL BE
A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT AND SATURDAY, MAINLY OVER THE
