COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION TUESDAY AND KNOCKS TEMPERATURES TO
NORMAL OR BELOW.  20 FOOT WINDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE SUNDAY AND
MONDAY, BUT PARTICULARLY MONDAY IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO PLAINS.  SINCE MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH/S ARE
EXPECTED TO STAY ABOVE 15 PERCENT BOTH DAYS, CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED.  THE HAINES INDEX WILL BE HIGH
