A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH THROUGH THE AREA TODAY.  THERE WILL BE
GUSTY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AHEAD OF THE FRONT, AND GUSTY NORTHERLY
WINDS BEHIND IT.  BUT SINCE RH/S WILL DROP ONLY TO AROUND 20 PERCENT
OVER THE BIG BEND REGION AND LOWER TRANS PECOS, WITH HIGHER VALUES
ELSEWHERE, CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED
AREAWIDE.  FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL REMAIN LOW TUESDAY AND
