TRANS PECOS EACH AFTERNOON.  MINIMUM RH/S WILL REMAIN ABOVE 20
PERCENT OVER THE REST OF THE FORECAST AREA.  RAIN CHANCES WILL BE
VERY LOW THROUGH MIDWEEK AS AN UPPER RIDGE REMAINS THE DOMINANT
WEATHER FEATURE.  20 FOOT WINDS WILL RELATIVELY WEAK BECAUSE OF THE
