A MOIST AND UNSETTLED PATTERN IS FORECAST FOR MUCH OF WEST TEXAS AND
SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO THIS WEEK.  THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL BE BEST
OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND ADJACENT PLAINS MONDAY AND TUESDAY. BEGINNING
WEDNESDAY...INCREASINGLY MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR WILL MOVE IN FROM
MEXICO...AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE AREAWIDE. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE MOUNTAINS OF WEST TEXAS AND
SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.  LOOK FOR DAYTIME
TEMPERATURES TO BE BELOW NORMAL WITH LOWS A BIT ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH
THE WEEK. OUTSIDE OF GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS NEAR THUNDERSTORMS...
