.DISCUSSION...
A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for Southeast New Mexico and
the Trans Pecos for dry and windy conditions through the afternoon.
Wind speeds will decrease tonight and should be lower tomorrow.
Increasing low level moisture over the weekend will result in improving
fire weather conditions.  The eastern part of the region may get skirted
by showers and thunderstorms Sunday and Sunday night.
