EXERT INFLUENCE OVER THE REGION TODAY...WITH SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ONCE AGAIN POSSIBLE AREA-WIDE. MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION
TODAY WILL BE OVER THE PERMIAN BASIN...AND WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT TO THE
EAST BY THIS EVENING. A DRYING TREND WILL BEGIN ON THURSDAY AND LAST
THROUGH THE WEEKEND...AND WHILE MIN RH VALUES SHOULD REMAIN ABOVE
30 PERCENT ON THURSDAY...THEY WILL DECREASE TO AROUND 15 TO 25 PERCENT
