.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible over the mountains,
southeast New Mexico and the northern Permian this afternoon and
early evening. Occasional lightning as well as gusty and erratic
winds are possible in and near any thunderstorms that occur. After
today, temperatures will be near or slightly above normal.
Thunderstorm chances will decrease for Thursday and Friday then
increase across the area during the weekend. Minimum RH values
will mostly be in the 20s with values remaining above 15 percent.
20 foot winds are expected to be below 20 mph through early next
week. Recoveries tonight will range from good to very good.
