.DISCUSSION...
ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT
OVER MUCH OF WEST TEXAS AND SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO. THE BEST CHANCES
FOR THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL BE FROM THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS SOUTH
ACROSS THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS AND ACROSS THE BIG BEND AND LOWER TRANS
PECOS REGIONS OF WEST TEXAS. GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS WILL OCCUR IN AND
NEAR ANY THUNDERSTORM.  RH READINGS WILL FALL INTO THE 20-40 PERCENT
RANGE THIS AFTERNOON...WITH VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT RH RECOVERY EXPECTED
OVERNIGHT. OUTSIDE OF THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY...WINDS WILL BE FROM THE
EAST TO NORTHEAST AT SPEEDS GENERALLY UNDER 10 MPH.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL DECREASE MONDAY AND TUESDAY...WITH THE BEST
CHANCES EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND ADJACENT PLAINS DURING THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.  AN UPTICK IN THUNDERSTORM CHANCES IS
FORECAST FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY FROM THE BIG BEND NORTH ACROSS THE
