WARMING TEMPERATURES AND DRYING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THIS
AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY AS AN UPPER RIDGE BUILDS OVER THE REGION.
MINIMUM RH/S WILL DROP TO 15 TO 20 PERCENT EACH OF THESE DAYS OVER
THE PERMIAN BASIN, BUT HIGHER MINIMUM RH/S ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
REST OF THE AREA.  RECOVERY WILL BE GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING OVER ALL
BUT THE PERMIAN BASIN WHERE FAIR RECOVERY IS EXPECTED.  A COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA AND BRING GOOD RECOVERY AND A LITTLE HIGHER
AFTERNOON RH/S.  RAIN CHANCES WILL BE NEGLIGIBLE THROUGH THURSDAY
WHILE 20 FOOT WINDS WILL BE MAINLY LESS THAN 20 MPH SUSTAINED FROM
THE EAST.
