STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE EACH AFTERNOON TODAY
THROUGH AT LEAST WEDNESDAY. RH/S ACROSS THE WEST WILL DECREASE BELOW
15 PERCENT THURSDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND HOWEVER WINDS WILL REMAIN
