THIS EVENING BEFORE GRADUALLY COMING TO AN END. RECOVERY TONIGHT
WILL BE EXCELLENT, WITH RH/S WEDNESDAY ABOVE 30 PERCENT AREAWIDE.
ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, THOUGH
RH/S ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS. WESTERLY WINDS
WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE THURSDAY, WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED
