.DISCUSSION...
this afternoon and evening isolated to scattered thunderstorms are
expected mainly over higher terrain and nearby areas of southeast
new mexico and southwest texas with occasional lightning and gusty...
erratic winds possible. thunderstorms are expected to push further into
southeast new mexico and into the permian basin monday. though
temperatures will remain above normal through the week...nearing
10 degrees above normal by thursday...relative humidities will generally
remain above 15 percent with good recovery. south to southeast winds
will remain under 20 mph.
