CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED THROUGH THE REST
OF THE WEEK, OR THIS WEEKEND.  20 FOOT WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE LESS
THAN 15 MPH AREAWIDE UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON, EXCEPT IN GAPS AND
PASSES IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS.  TEMPERATURES NEAR NORMAL, EXCEPT
FOR SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL THURSDAY, WILL ALLOW FOR MINIMUM AFTERNOON
RH/S ABOVE 15 PERCENT.  THE HAINES INDEX WILL BE HIGH OVER THE
